A nursery keeper must first be soft natured person. They must have a lot of patience. People who love kids will become the best nursery keepers. Kids are really active. They do lot of mischievous activities.
Nursery keepers must adjust with all these activities. Short tempered nature people will find things very difficult to handle. Kids will not take orders. They will have to be nurtured with love and affection. Kids are like wet cement. They absorb things easily from elder people. So good mannered people are only qualified for nursery keepers.
They must be really active and well trained to handle crisis. Kids become ill. But like grown ups they can’t express their illness. Nursery keepers must be shrewd enough to act smart in the situation. It is a must that they know all first aids. Kids fight with each other and often suffer minute injuries. A good nursery keeper must be able to look after all these with care and take necessary remedies as soon as possible. Most important of all is that a nursery teacher must educate the child. Any kid must not be left unconcerned. Helping them learn basic manners, entertaining them with rhymes, teaching them numbers and alphabets, showing them some videos like cartoons etc can be done in a nursery. Nursery keepers must keep a record of the kids’ health condition. They can put a schedule for every child individually to develop their personality traits. So any person with a baby loving nature will feel the job amazing and relaxing.
